LONDON TOWN.

This post is being written from the Round Pond at Kensington gardens. On my way here I ran into three of my friends reading Henry V in a gazebo.

Because my life is like that. I just run into my friends reading Shakespeare in the gardens surrounding a retired palace.
I've been here two weeks and am never leaving.

Saturday mornings are spent at Portabello.

I've already had the privilege of seeing
the BBC symphony,
Swan Lake ballet,
and Henry Vat the globe.

Oh, and running into this Botero statue. I probably did 4 reports in Spanish on Botero over the years. Why does he fascinate me so? Better question: why do plump figures fascinate him so??

I love this city.
I love this city.
I love this city.

Chatres is famous for its breathtaking cathedral.  I'm not even going to include any pictures of Chartres because I couldn't possibly do it justice.

Ok maybe just one with my favorite portal.
Swindled our way into the closed crypt.
